Tuesdays with Twomey - Wiggle Jiggle Fitness Fun

Here is a Fun Movement song you can do with your class or children that is easy to follow and helps get the wiggles out! 

WIGGLE JIGGLE! (Whole-Body Fitness) 

Benefits: The “wiggle” motion is a natural, spinal movement that kids love to do. Stimulating the spine moves cerebral spinal fluid up the spine and around the brain. 

NOTE: To promote success and increase confidence, we recommend showing children the sequence of movements in the two choruses prior to performing this routine. Providing children with such patterning opportunities helps stimulate the brain for memory work and recognition of other patterns. The brain is constantly looking for/seeking patterns.
