Join us as we show you how to do "Cat Arches" to strengthen muscle tone in the back for better posture, improved attention, and increased concentration.

Join us for some fun activities you can do at home or in your classroom to help strengthen the hand, improve muscle tone and integrate the Babkin Reflex. These movements will help improve motor control of the hand; make it easier to do up buttons and tie shoelaces; relax tension in the jaw and improve printing and fine motor skills.
